Brand Forge Creative (“Brand Forge,” “we,” “us”) is a small Memphis studio. We do not collect more information than we need to do our work or stay in touch with prospects and clients. This page describes what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you visit thebrandforge.co, our hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and performance monitoring. We do not use third-party analytics that profile individual visitors.

When you email us or submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone (optional), and any project details you choose to share.

What we don't do

• We don't use behavioral advertising trackers or third-party ad networks on this site.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
• We don't set advertising cookies. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function or for first-party preference (e.g. remembering theme).

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, send project documents, and — if you become a client — manage the engagement. If you join our occasional newsletter, we use your email only to send those issues. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate. They process information on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

• Vercel — site hosting and request logs
• Sanity — content management
• Cal.com — meeting scheduling
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on forms

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email david@thebrandforge.co and we'll respond within a week.

Updates

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in a short blog post or email if you're on our list.
